Accounts Payable Supervisor

• $80k - $90k + Super

Our client, a prominent property group and market leader, is currently seeking a part-time Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team. This opportunity arises due to an upcoming retirement, offering a chance to join a high-performing business and an exceptional team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role involves various responsibilities:

• Ensuring accuracy and currency of supplier details in the Accounts Payable database, avoiding duplication.
• Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and promptly addressing queries.
• Conducting month-end reconciliations.
• Forecasting cash flow.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects as they arise.

To be considered, candidates should have:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable (standalone)
• Strong commitment to accuracy, well-documented files, and reconciliations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Adequate computer literacy (experience with MS Dynamics is preferred but not essential).
