At PMHC every employee plays a part in ensuring we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our Community, to help us achieve this we are looking for an Accounts Payable Team Leader. You will have experience in leading the Account Payable function in a large organisation, strong time management, data entry and communication skills.
On a typical day this role will:
- Ensure Council’s week payment run is completed.
- Reconciliation of creditor statements.
- System / vendor maintenance functions.
- Processing of monthly purchase cards.
- Manage the Accounts Payable.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of high-volume Accounts Payable function in a large organisation.
- Demonstrated experience of supervising staff in order to achieve tight deadlines.
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills to work with community to achieve our shared goals.
- Demonstrated experience in data entry.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, agile and customer-focused environment.
Remuneration and Benefits
Employment Type: Full time, Temporary until 28 November 2024 - 35 hours per week
Salary (exclusive of super): Starting salary of $1,204.30 per week with the opportunity for competency-based progression.
