Accounts Payable Temp To Perm

• Immediate Start - ASAP 
• 2 days per week - Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm
• Norwest Location with Parking onsite

Reputable company in the Norwest area now requires an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join this busy and established team on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent in the future.

Key duties will include but not be limited to:

• Pronto Data Entry – this is quite complex and time consuming as it requires entering in two modules and it requires linking of invoices as well.
• Purchase Order Entry
• Creditor Reconciliations and following up missing invoices
• Electronic Filing of invoices
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors in regards to invoices

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Good communication skills, high integrity, quality driven and professionalism
• Good computer skills including prior experience with Pronto
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines.
