Reputable company in the Norwest area now requires an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join this busy and established team on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent in the future.
Key duties will include but not be limited to:
- Pronto Data Entry – this is quite complex and time consuming as it requires entering in two modules and it requires linking of invoices as well.
- Purchase Order Entry
- Creditor Reconciliations and following up missing invoices
- Electronic Filing of invoices
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors in regards to invoices
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills, high integrity, quality driven and professionalism
- Good computer skills including prior experience with Pronto
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines.
