Your new role
The office Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day needs of the office facilities are fulfilled so that the team have the administrative tools they need to complete their jobs efficiently. The role is also responsible for the creation and distribution of company invoices and supports the Management Assistant in a variety of administrative tasks.
Reporting to the Management Assistant, you will greet external guests, support in answering the main business line and deal with all areas of the business. You will have the ability to support in creating and updating budgeting documents and managing expenditure reports as well as assisting with office invoicing.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years’ experience within office administration.
Detail oriented with strong time management skills.
Ability to effectively handle a diverse workload.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive nature, able to identify office and administrative requirements without always being given direction.
