This role based in Southbank, is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to make a real difference at Traffic Radius.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The role will include accounting responsibilities such as:
- General bookkeeping duties; reconciling credit cards, bank accounts, loan Accounts & other general ledger accounts
- Office Payroll: Preparing and processing Timesheets, leave entitlements, etc.
- Daily reconciling of accounting entries
- Management of accounts payable and receivable (including contracts)
- Maintain reporting systems to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Prepare monthly reports via Excel with commentary
- Approving sales orders and preparing invoices
- Administration work and any other company requirements
- Preparing and following up pending invoices
- Preparing BAS/IAS statements
- Liaising directly with clients
Skills and experiences
- 3 years' work experience in accounting role
- Advanced knowledge with XERO and MS Office essential
- Accounting qualifications in relevant field
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, with a proactive attitude
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in both written and verbal form.
- Knowledge of marketing or experience in an agency setting advantageous
