Accounts Receivable

The Company
Located at Blacktown is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join a highly successful well-known Australian owned business that has a strong national presence.
 
The Position
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, you will manage your own large ledger. This role will see you completing a variety of tasks with primary responsibilities to include;

• Banking & allocations including credit card payment, EFT and cash banking
• Collection of overdue payments and reducing the DSO
• Customer service and investigating discrepancies
• Reconciliations of accounts
• Assisting with month end procedures and month end reporting including journal entries
• Managing customer accounts including stop supply notices and final notices
• Releasing orders
• Opening new customer accounts including trade references

 
The Candidate
To secure this role you will be an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer. You will have ability to communicate across all levels, work at a fast pace and superior organisational skills are also imperative for this role. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside people who are among the best in their field.
