Our client is looking for someone with a couple of years' experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Allrounder type role to join their team in this permanent full time position.
Working within a small finance team for a medium sized Australian owned company, that sells to both local and overseas customers, your role would be varied and involve exposure to both local and international accounts.
Responsibilities include -
- Checking payables invoices to ensure stock and freight costs are accurate
- Matching invoices against purchase orders
- Processing invoices for payment into the system (both local and foreign currency payments)
- Monitor and manage accounts inbox
- Reconciliations
- Payment allocations
- Review and approve credit limits for new customers
- Assist with collections when required
Due to our client's location within an industrial area, your own transport would be essential.
Current and/or past studies such as a Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Accounting/Finance would be an advantage.
