LGC Traffic Management, a leading provider in the Traffic Management sector in Western Australia, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Accounts team at our head office in Midvale, WA.
The Role
As part of our continuous growth and success, we are looking for a dedicated Invoice Officer to become a part of our Accounts Team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will benefit from ongoing training and support. This role requires you to be onsite at our Midvale office, with flexible working hours available for suitable candidates.
Duties
- Reconciliation and creation of customer invoices/statements
- Handling internal and external account queries
- Communicating with clients via email
- Participating in end-of-month processes
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Accounts Receivable position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Proficiency in Xero (or similar)
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Experience with SAP and Ariba (desirable)
