CTA Group is a market leader in the delivery of specialist Interior and Civil furnishings to the Commercial Construction Industry and has established a very strong reputation for design, manufacture and installation of all products associated with AS 1428 - Way-Finding and Safety Products.
Our clients include SMEs; Government entities, both local and federal; Tier 1 builders; and large multi-nationals. The business operates from 3 production facilities in Melbourne - located in Tullamarine, Keilor Park and Truganina with a combined footprint of over 4,500 Square meters.
The manufacturing operations are supported with local distribution and installation centers in each state including: NSW, QLD and WA - overall the CTA Group employees over 90 employees nationally.
As part of our continued growth, we are now looking to engage a highly motivated and driven Account Receivable person to join our busy VIC operation in Keilor Park. This position will be reporting directly to the Company Accountant.
Overview of the Position
We currently have a position available for an experienced Accounts Receivables Officer with customer service experience to join our team based at Keilor Park on a Full-time basis.
You will be reporting to the Company Accountant who is responsible for the financial accountability of the CTA Group.
To be successful in this role you need:
- A minimum 3 years of accounting / bookkeeping / finance officer experience
- Accounting / Finance qualification (Diploma or Degree)
- "SAP" experience is desired but experience in other ERP systems will be considered
- Intermediate Word & Excel skills and IT savvy will be advantage
- To be detail oriented, with high accuracy and logic understanding of the processes
- A positive attitude, fast learner, good time management and great customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and work across various demands at any given time
- To have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Duties being performed in the role include:
- The monthly processing of Accounts Receivable
- Customer Credit Checks
- Debtors reporting
- Preparation of quarterly/monthly/weekly reporting requirements
- Month-End journals & inter-company reconciliations
- Assisting in management accounts reporting
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as required
