About the Role
We are seeking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Accounts Receivable and Agreements Officer to join our team in Hobart, full-time. If you have great attention to detail and love a challenge, this job is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collection of payments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Following up invoices and outstanding debts.
- Processing of agreement opportunities and invoicing monthly agreements.
- Creation of regular and ad-hoc reporting to management, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Making changes to agreements for additions or deductions, being proactive and with a focus on excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients account queries, interacting with other team members on agreement matters.
- A relentless focus to data quality and continuous improvement.
About The Person
Being accurate and detail oriented is key for this role as well as having a high level of discretion. Ideally you will have relevant working experience in accounts or some other relevant structured training in accounts. This role will allow you to utilise your knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Office 365. Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
