Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in Huntingwood. You will be reporting to the Accounts Receivable & Credit Supervisor and will be responsible for your own ledger to ensure customers payments are made in line with our company payment terms.

Your responsibilities:

• Processing of all cheques, direct deposit and EFT payments in an accurate and timely manner
• Manage the collection process on assigned ledger and contacting customers via phone and emails to follow up
• Ensuring accounts on ledger are reconciled
• Ensure disputes are recorded, investigated and resolved in line with company process
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to issue invoices, statements and reports to customers as required

Requirements for success:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suites including Excel
• Experience using Mainstream Electronic Account & Billing platforms
• Organisation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
