An opportunity exists for an adaptable team player to join our FMCG team in credit control at our Accounts Receivable Shared Service Centre based in Girraween.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Legal & AR Manager, the successful applicant will be confident, results driven and self-motivated. The Accounts Receivable Role is multi-dimensional requiring the completion of various administrative duties and data entry in support of the business. Training on systems will be provided along with on-site car parking. Experience in banking and receipting is essential.
Duties:
- High volume data entry through receipting, allocations and opening new accounts.
- Bank statement and payment file uploads and processing
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Credit checking and review of existing and new accounts
- Preparing files for final notice and legal action
- Weekly/Ad Hoc data entry as required
Skills and Experience:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well supported by an engaging, professional manner.
- Superior data entry skills, preference given to bank statement processing
- Intermediate excel skills
- Excellent MS Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to effectively work within a fast paced and friendly team environment
