Your unique contribution
Joining the Regional Financial Services team based in Adelaide, as our Credit Controller, you will report into the Pacific Credit Manager and will be part of a dynamic team who enjoy working together to succeed in achieving common goals in a convivial way.
You will be responsible for collections and credit management, claims resolution, customer enquiries and issues resolution, with focus on major customer accounts.
You will add value to the team through:
Responsible for collection and credit management activities for set group of customers
Liaise with customers to create good communication channels, build relationships, resolve outstanding issues, ensure high collection levels and provide accurate cash flow information
Ensure a high standard of customer service and prompt and accurate handling of requests and enquiries
Prepare accurate and timely information for cash flow estimate purposes
Liaise with other departments where necessary for clear communications on queries

Experience in an finance / credit / Accounts Receivable role desirable
