Accounts Receivable Officer

Western Suburbs * Contract $35.00 - $40.00ph + superannuation

The OpportunityOur client is a leader in their Industry with a culture built on fun, respect, and hard work. They have a reputation for excellence and commitment and are seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team. Based in the Western Suburbs, there is parking on site and this is an office-based role.The RoleReporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Accounts Receivable (allocations and receipting with a small amount of collections)
• Reconciliations and reporting
• Customer queries and claims
• Some foreign exchange would be desirable.

Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Have worked across multiple systems and have good excel skills
• If you have worked in manufacturing or construction that would be advantageous
• An enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
• Use to high volume fast paced environments
• Good time management skills - you will need to find a healthy balance between delivering a quality outcome, whilst remaining highly efficient.
• The ability to work autonomously.
