If you are an Accounts Receivable superstar seeking a new challenge, this role is for you! Rangedale is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in all aspects of Accounts Receivable. This role will enable you to utilise your full function Accounts Receivable experience within a forward-thinking energetic Finance team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for ensuring the successful collection and processing of funds in an accurate and timely manner.
Main responsibilities:
- Debt Collection - liaising with customers and recording of contact made
- Data entry, analysing and reconciliation
- Reconcile and enter client remittances
- Distribute client statements
- Work with operations managers to resolve issues
- Ensuring accurate data entry and relevant information is entered in the systems
- Working effectively as part of the Finance team
- Other projects as directed by the GFO
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to collect debtors in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with colleagues, management, stakeholders and clients clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated experience with reconciliation of billing and payments
- Experience in construction environment - desirable
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in MYOB Advanced – desirable
