AddressAn opportunity has become available for an Accounts Receivable Officer at a leading global organisation. This is a permanent position based in the western suburbs with parking available. As the successful candidate you will report to the AR Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for working within a high-volume and fast-paced finance division.
Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Allocating and processing payments;
- Manage and chase high volume debt collections;
- Raising high and low volume of invoices and credits;
- Adding clients to the system and debtor's ledger of accounts outstanding;
- Resolving queries via email and phone;
- Ad hoc clerical and administration duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the finance team.
Skills and Experience:
As the suitable candidate you will have demonstrated prior experience in Accounts Receivable, credit, or in a similar accounting support role. You will need to demonstrate that you can work in a collaborative environment and contribute to team success.
In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to:
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong sense of ownership
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
