About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic AP/AR Officer to join our Finance team. If you have a genuine interest in numbers and have a passion for accuracy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. This position will be primarily based in our Brisbane office.
Key responsibilities
- End to end Accounts Payable processing
- Daily receipting of client payments
- Distributing and reconciling petty cash and taxi vouchers
- Assisting with account reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards and corporate travel expenses
- Liaising with clients to resolve queries and monitoring the email inbox
- General administration duties within the finance team including but not limited to scanning, filing and data processing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial data
Relevant skills
- Basic understanding of financial principles
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of organisational efficiency in a dynamic work environment
- Effective communication skills and team player
- Experienced in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
