We are looking for a casual customer service Collection Officer to work with our Finance team where you will play a pivotal role in the collection of payments and contributing to an improved cashflow.
Based in Melbourne CBD, this position is offered on a casual basis with an immediate start required.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of a high performing team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and recovering outstanding debt,
- Customer query resolution
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients
- Liaise with relevant departments where required
- Calls to debtors to recover funds
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will have a background in professional client customer service and client resolutions, strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
