Role
The AR Officer is primarily responsible for the processing of debtors, management and upkeep of the recording of data with general assistance given to the Finance Accountant.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Reconcile billing process, including reconciliations
- Processing of debtors, billings, receipts and adjustments
- Track and maintain debtors - letters, phone calls
- Escalate debtors to Collection Agency accordingly
- Provide backup for AP and Payroll
- General administration and customer service
You
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
- Solid accounts experience including debtor management, receivables and collections
- Quick to learn new systems and procedures
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
