Chisholm is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is accountable for the provision of high-quality financial services and support to Chisholm, specifically customer focused Accounts Receivable (AR) services and general financial services administration responsibilities.
This role reports into the Financial Accountant and is responsible for raising invoices, receipting payments, debt recovery, month end reconciliation, reporting and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
The incumbent is a key and active participant of the Financial Services business area and provides critical Accounts Receivable services as well as administrative tasks for the Financial Services team.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable position
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to deal effectively with clients by phone, email and in person plus an ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and demonstrate flexibility
- Ability to exercise judgment and work autonomously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- Previous experience in tertiary education, advanced Excel, competency using TechnologyOne/Ci Anywhere is highly desirable

Qualifications required for the role
A diploma level qualification in Accounting or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, or a combination of other relevant qualifications plus a minimum of 2 years Accounts Receivable experience.
