Accounts Receivable Officer

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICERPart Time – 15 Hours per weekOur Finance team has an exciting new opportunity for a dedicated, motivated, and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to become an integral part of our friendly and energetic team.You will possess strong administrative and customer service skills along with a passion for continuous improvement.Responsibilities:

• Provide an effective Accounts Receivable function.
• Timely invoicing and collection of payments.
• Carry out an effective and efficient credit control function.
• Reconciling bank and credit card statement transactions
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing all forms of general communication, administration, correspondence, and requests for support appropriately, and professionally
• Ability to prioritise and handle a varied workload time-effectively, without fuss, and to a high standard
• Other ad-hoc administration duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience in similar role
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong account reconciliation skills
• Able to multi-task, ensure confidentiality and maintain composure in a busy environment
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritise and manage time to meet deadlines and expectations
• Competency in Accounting packages, and Microsoft office products
