About the Role
- Daily receipting & allocation of payments.
- Production & sending out of invoice copies/monthly statements to customers.
- Processing Customer Claims/Credits.
- Reconciliations (Customer Accounts).
- Debtor follow-up of overdue accounts.
- Reconciliation and clearance of intermediate general ledger accounts.
- Reconciliation with HQ and claim booking.
- Maintenance of agent master data in SAP.
- Processing limited outgoing payments.
About you
- Graduates in accounting are welcomed.
- A high level of attention to detail & accuracy.
- The ability of problem-solving and team working.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to effectively priorities work.
