An opportunity to join a leading company based in Balcatta for an ongoing requirement for approx. 3 months has become available.
Reporting to the Accounts Team Leader and working as part of an established finance team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the AR function.
Duties:
- Raising invoices
- Managing customer relationships and debt by phone and email
- Maintain customer accounts
- Cashbook and bank reconciliations
- Setting up new customers
- Allocating payments
- Managing internal and external queries
- Supporting AP function when required
- Ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable position
- Available without leave for a minimum of 3 months
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload whilst adhering to strict deadlines
- Confident picking up processes and systems quickly and efficiently
- Experience with a computerised accountancy package and MS Excel is essential
