Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable functions in a timely and accurate manner. (This position is 12 months Maternity Cover with the possibility of permanency.) This may be your very first role in the RTO world, and we will support, train and help you grow into an RTO specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities
- High volume daily invoicing from our student management System (aXcelarate).
- Communicating with clients in relation to invoice requests and queries via email.
- Build relationships with our major account holders – of which we have many.
- Managing and tracking Purchase Orders.
Knowledge & Skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to use computer systems and programs (Microsoft Outlook and Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines.
- Initiative, enthusiastic and a positive attitude.
- Neat, professional presentation.
- Clear and fluent English (multi- lingual is favourable but not essential).
- Must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and strong ability to work as part of a team or independently as required.
- A sense of humour is essential, and you must be a team player that enjoys high staff interaction and supporting others in their role.
- RTO and aXcelaerate Student Management System experience favourable but not essential.
