Key Responsibilities:
- Payment receipting and allocations
- Resolution of debtors account queries
- Prompt follow up with customers to ensure payments are received within terms
- Providing regular reporting on debtor collections
- Process customer credits
- Assist with customer cash payment processing
- Monthly statements
- Assist finance team as required
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in above responsibilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and MYOB
- Willingness to learn
- A positive and proactive approach to work
- Effective time management and organisational skills
