The Organisation

Our client is an award-winning business with a global presence and seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable officer to join their team ASAP ! The role will be based in Melbourne's Western suburb of St Alban's.
Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, not exclusive to:

• End-to-end Accounts Receivable including debtor collections, reconciliations, responding to customer queries, follow-up and escalation of disputes
• Weekly reporting and dealing with the Accounts Receivable inbox
• Issuing and generating invoices
• Credit applications
• Providing assistance to the management accountant with the month end process and ad-hoc reporting requirements

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will obtain the following skill set, but not exclusive to

• Previous experience in dealing with end-to-end Accounts Receivable duties
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Well demonstrated organizational skills and efficient time management
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills
