Accounts Payable Officer

We are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our Finance Team in our Head Office in Osborne Park on on an Immediate start 6 week contract. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will be required to assist the finance team providing accurate and timely processing of all invoices. Role Responsibilities: • Processing invoices in the accounting system • Maintenance of petty cash • Recording all payments • Maintaining listings of Accounts Payable and receivable • Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and credit cards. • Verifying that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. Education and Experience: • A minimum of 1 year experience processing invoices in a high-volume environment. • Accounts payable experience (highly desirable) • A self-starter with a positive attitude • Focused and detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy • High standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
