AddressWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to manage our receivables, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records.
We have multiple positions available at the moment, a mix of permanent and fix - term roles!

The Accounts Receivable Officer will play an integral part in the BGIS finance team using a flexible and adaptable approach.
The responsibilities include:
- Performing Accounts Receivable tasks, including receipting, raising invoices, generating invoice copies, maintenance of receipt registers, distribution of bank statements and preparation of bank journals.
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supporting the finance and account teams with the maintenance of invoice registers and undertaking ad hoc Accounts Receivable queries as required.
- Full compliance and consistency with the contract, BGIS services business system and relevant legislation and accounting standards.
- Providing support as required with finance and related matters and other ad hoc duties.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment or at a level in a similarly complex industry in an Accounts Receivable role.
- A high level of demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, including strong Excel capabilities to work with large volume data.
- Experience in receipts registers, allocation of credit notes, generation and distribution of invoices, etc
- min 2 years experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, accounting, or finance.
