About the Role:
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, your responsibilities include receipting of funds received from customers, efficiently collecting both due and outstanding debts, accurately reconciling customer accounts and liaising with internal teams and customers to resolve inquires and disputes.
Your key attributes:
- Acquired experience in collections and reconciliations within a dynamic environment
- Ability to proactively manage overdue debtors
- Experience with high volume debtors ledger an advantage
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- High level of attention to details
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy even when juggling multiple tasks
- Team player yet able to work autonomously
- Results driven and motivated to achieve and deliver all tasks on time
