Accounts Supervisor

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic team player to join our team as an Accounts Supervisor.  In this fast-paced and varied role your key responsibilities will include the Supervision of invoice payable processes, billing team, payroll checking and general office administration.

The duties of this role include:

• Accounts payable invoice coding.
• Assisting Accountant in end of month reporting and journals
• Accounts payable accruals
• Liaise with Head Office for setting up of new suppliers and clients.
• Supervision of small accounts team.
• Check/amend/approve timesheets online and forward to Head Office for processing.
• Data entry
• Assist HR Manager when required.

Prior experience in this or a similar role is required.

Additionally, you will need:

• Proven experience in accounts and Finance department procedures
• Demonstrated experience in a Supervisory/Team Leader capacity.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to treat confidential information appropriately.
• Sound Microsoft Office proficiency, including intermediate Excel.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
