About the Opportunity
This opportunity would suit a Senior Accountant looking to step up through working closely with the Partner on all things accounting and client related.
Acting as a 2IC to the Partner, your duties will vary:
- Hands on processing of financial statements and tax returns for a varied client base (SME's)
- Liaising with clients and providing advice
- Reviewing work of a junior staff member
- Managing workflow for a junior staff member
- Providing business advisory services as required
With 30 staff across the two office locations and a busy Melbourne office, there will be plenty of learning and career progression on offer.
Working Arrangements
- My client is open to candidates who wish to work remotely, however, their ideal candidate would be working from the office a few days a week.
- Suitable for candidates seeking part-time work or reduced hours.

- At least 4 years' business services and tax experience in public practice
