About the Role:
As a Senior Insolvency Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in our team, providing expert support and guidance to our clients in navigating complex insolvency scenarios. This role will empower you to lead and oversee a variety of insolvency appointments, while also assuming responsibility for managing files with autonomy. You'll engage in comprehensive research, conduct meticulous investigations and ensure accurate statutory reporting. Moreover, you will play a key role in drafting reports for creditors, orchestrating creditor meetings, overseeing asset realisation and maintaining fruitful relationships with regulatory bodies such as the ATO, ASIC and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Insolvency Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and overseeing various corporate insolvency appointments
- Managing files independently while providing supervision and guidance to junior team members
- Communicating effectively with creditors, directors, and stakeholders through both verbal and written channels
- Conducting thorough investigations into the financial affairs of companies
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by facilitating lodgements and reporting to ASIC and the ATO
- Drafting comprehensive reports for creditors and maintaining regular correspondence with stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce or a related field
- Proven track record and expertise in insolvency practices, with substantial experience in similar roles
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CA or CPA
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications
