Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Accounts/Admin Officer to join our dynamic and fast-growing team and further develop their career within the thriving business with the on the job training, support & mentoring from more senior colleagues in the finance team. The permanent full-time role will be based in our Adelaide office with occasional opportunities to work at our charming cellar door and explore the enchanting wine region.

Key Responsibilities

• Review of supplier invoices and processing of accounts payable; 
• Monitoring and reconciliation of creditors statements;
• Assisting with expenditure variance analysis & management reporting;
• Processing of sales orders, assistance with order dispatches and reconciliation of accounts receivables;
• Liaising with customers & suppliers as required;  
• Assistance with other general accounting functions and ad-hoc office administrative duties as required

.Skills and Experience

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Qualifications in accounting and/or finance preferred but not essential, with a sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail, combined with a systematic and organized approach to task execution, and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience of working in the wine industry is desirable but not essential
