We strive to have the best talent in the industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Accounts/Collections Assistant to join our beautifully refurbished national head office, located on North Terrace in the heart of Adelaide.

Primarily, you will provide assistance in accounts payable and receivable amongst several accounts tasks. The successful candidate must be willing to take responsibility for their work, will demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in our company and is dedicated and hardworking.

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, this role will be challenging yet rewarding for a person who likes to be kept busy and thrives on responsibility with attention to detail. Experience using MYOB or similar software not essential but desirable. 

You will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including, but are not limited to:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Accounts processing in MYOB
• Collections
• Assisting with accounts receivable and payable function
• Assisting with daily banking, bank allocations and reconciliations of customer accounts
• Process supplier invoices and payments
• Various general administration activities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous work experience in accounts, collections or similar role
• High level of computer literacy and proficiency across the Microsoft suite
• Ability to handle priorities and tasks with accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to learn and understand new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
• Self-motivated and can work independently
