Accounts/Finance Officer Opportunity in Bunbury

We are looking for an Accounts/Finance Officerto join our dynamic and friendly team located in Bunbury!

Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Bank reconciliation
• Complete payroll
• Account receivable duties
• Audit checks
• Generate monthly and adhoc reports for Head Office
• Assist with staff roster
• General admin duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within the dental or medical industry is desirable 
• Experience in accounts receivable is preferred but not required
• The ability to meet deadline in a busy setting
• Accounting and administrative experience is advantageous
• An energetic approach with a can do approach 
• A passion for the dental industry and patient care
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess high empathy and a patient centric approach
• Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
• A warm friendly personality and build relationships easily
