We are currently seeking a experienced solar installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar PV & Storage systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and batteries
- Ensure that all systems are installed in compliance with Australian standards and regulations, including the Clean Energy Council (CEC) guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections of solar PV systems to identify and diagnose any issues, and carry out any necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to design and install solar PV systems that are efficient and effective in generating energy
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including material and labour costs, and complete all necessary paperwork
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Australian standards and regulations, including the CEC guidelines for solar PV system installations
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 30 kgs and working in confined spaces or at heights
