We are actively searching for a talented and fully certified Electrician to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of electrical duties, such as the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
💡 Responsibilities:
- Install, upkeep, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment adhering to AS3000 regulations
- Conduct electrical assessments and diagnose issues effectively
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and colleagues to achieve project excellence
- Adhere to safety measures and uphold a secure working environment
- Maintain meticulous records of tasks completed and materials utilised
- Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.
💡 Requirements:
- Hold a valid QLD electrical license and possess full qualifications as an electrician
- Demonstrate a track record of successful electrician roles
- Possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and industry codes
- Skilled in interpreting and analysing electrical plans & drawings
- Exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Thrive in both team and independent work settings.
- Approachable, confident attitude that promotes a positive environment within our team and extends onto our customers.
- Ability to work confidently with other trades and apprentices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Hold a manual driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
- Showcase expertise in new residential electrical installations
- Experience in data & communication work – open cablers licence is highly regarded
- Familiarity with Simpro scheduling software is advantageous
- Solar Accredited, highly regarded
- Experience in A/C installations, highly regarded
