Acquisitions Manager

scouted. are proud to have partnered with an extremely well known and diversified Australian Property Developer to source an Acquisition Manager. Their projects range from residential, master-planned communities, commercial office, hotel, retail and industrial, with active and future developments across the country. Reporting to the Development Director, this group requires a driven, motivated, and agile individual to source development site opportunities. Critical to the success of this role is this individual's ability to research and map appropriate target markets, and create and build relationships with landowners.
Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identify new opportunities for development
• Develop and implement a detailed land acquisition strategy across multiple states
• Financial Modelling and feasibilities of potential acquisitions
• Undertake initial legal and contract negotiations
• Maintain relationships with important stakeholders, developers, and landowners

About You:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in property, valuations, or another equivalent/relevant field
• 3-5 year’s experience ideally in a commercial agency or a developer background (acquisitions role)
• Strong ambition and drive are a must!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation

• Salary up to $120k+ Super, + huge incentives + car park (depending on experience). Incentives are based on the value of the transaction, the OTE for this role is SIGNIFICANT.
