About this position
As a valued Acquisitions Manager at Xugar, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, forging new client relationships that will underpin our growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to prospect for new clients through effective networking and cold calling strategies. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll plan persuasive approaches and pitches, carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of each prospective client. Your aim will be to persuade potential clients to meet with our Business Development Managers (BDMs), where they can learn about which of Xugar's wide range of Digital Marketing products and services will best support their business goals.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:

• Generate leads: Using your networking skills and engaging in targeted cold calling to identify potential clients interested in our Digital Marketing solutions
• Book meetings: Quickly communicating the benefits of Xugar's services so potential clients are eager to meet with one of our skilled BDMs to explore how we can help them to meet their business goals
• Manage data: Enter all relevant lead/prospect details into our CRM system accurately and promptly eg names, business names, websites, email addresses, phone numbers, and meeting arrangements.

About you
To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Sales expertise: Demonstrated experience in sales/business development roles, with a track record of success in generating leads and closing deals
• Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build rapport and present Xugar's services
• Motivated: A proactive and self-motivated person who thrives in a target-driven environment
• Digital marketing knowledge: A basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and the ability to explain the benefits of our services to potential clients.
