Manager Talent Acquisition

Horizon Power is seeking a visionary Manager Talent Acquisition to lead the charge in sculpting the future of our workforce through identifying, attracting, and nurturing the talent that will support our journey to becoming a high-performance organisation. Your role will:

• Lead and drive strategic Talent Acquisition by spearheading the development and delivery of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Strategy and frameworks that align with Horizon Power's vision of becoming a high performing organisation. 
• Anticipate and lead workforce talent needs based on growth projections, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to support the workforce of the future, by partnering with Senior Leaders and Executive to align talent sourcing with strategic goals and implement initiatives for a diverse and inclusive workforce that meets the evolving needs of Horizon Power whilst considering market positioning. 
• Anticipate and drive innovative recruitment by utilising cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies to attract top talent, anticipate industry trends, and build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Lead and drive the review and revamp of recruitment processes for efficiency and sustainability and drive high-quality documentation that aligns with Horizon Power's brand.
• Lead the creation and automation of high-quality monthly, quarterly, or annual people reports, utilising software such as PowerBI and/or Artificial Intelligence, to enrich the quality of data, that is quantifiable and provides added value for the Executive and Senior Leaders to support timely and informed decision making.

You will have: 

• A Degree or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline is mandatory, or relevant work experience.
• Extensive demonstrated knowledge and experience to transform teams into value adding, effective and key support functions to Horizon Power. 
• Extensive demonstrated knowledge and application of implementing best practice end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition, including the ability to introduce and operationalise harmonized business processes, leader capability and bespoke practices where required. 
• A demonstrated understanding and application of human resources metrics and data analysis, to support strategic workforce planning and sourcing strategies. 
• Demonstrated knowledge of the structure and dynamics of Labour Hire (Agency) construct and its integration with broader Talent Acquisition strategies.
