Catholic Education Tasmania are seeking applications form passionate and experienced candidates that can provide efficient and effective delivery of the administrative duties and day to day operational support for the Executive Director.
The successful candidate/s will also be required to:
- Work independently in a collaborative team environment, using initiative and proactive strategies to manage workloads.
- Plan and organise workflow to accomplish established objectives.
- Have a high level of Information Technology skills using a variety of software, including Google Suite of resources.
- Have knowledge and experience in coordinating business administration and finance functions in a busy environment with competing demands.
- Be able to apply high-level communication skills, both verbally and in writing to a wide range of people.
- Have excellent time management, organisational, and conflict resolution skills.
