Executive Assistant / Credentialing Assistant – Hobart

About the role
To provide Executive assistant and admin support services to the General Manager – Calvary Hobart, and general staff at both Hobart campuses - St John’s and Lenah Valley.
Accountabilities and key result areas
Credentialing assistant in conjunction with Executive Assistant
Projects as designated by Calvary Hobart Executive
Relief of tasks performed by the Executive Assistants as requested
About you
Advanced Microsoft Word skills
Proficiency in MS Office - Excel and Outlook
Experience working with various software systems i.e. Equifax
High level of secretarial, organisational and communication skills
Effective time management skills including prioritisation
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport at all levels
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
