To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Activation Manager for P&C, Licensed & AFH channels. Responsible for supporting the shopper and Activation Managers in executional excellence. Ensuring the delivery of retailer and POS assets across the PepsiCo snacks portfolio of brands. Supporting our GTM POS strategy via external 3rd party.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Owning the activation roll out of our iconic brands:
Working with the Shopper Marketing & Activation Managers to roll out the creative assets of our campaigns, ensuring delivery of all media assets to retail teams and point of sale (POS) into our warehouse on time.
Being highly organised and able to hold others accountable to deliver against your timeline.
Supporting the Shopper Marketing and Activation Managers in creation of internal selling documents and trade presenters to enable our customer teams and field sales team to execute our plans.
Management of our POS requirements
Working with the other shopper marketing activation executive to manage our POS requirements. Including reporting on POS usage and forecasting ordering requirements on our temp units and permanent rack solutions.
Working with our POS supplier to maintain our POS database including ensuring all descriptions and POS specs are up to date, removing any old campaign materials and highlighting high stock / low selling items as well as low stock/fast selling items.
Support Budget Management process
Supporting the Shopper Marketing & Activation Managers in budget management including raising purchase orders.
Forecast budgets in conjunction with customer team to maximise future plans
Act As Owner to ensure best negotiated value of supplier estimates and drive productivity gains
Qualifications
About you:
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in FMCG environment in a commercial or marketing role.
- Experience in FMCG environment and understanding of FMCG retailer dynamics.
- Proven planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to build cross functional relationships (internal and external) and work collaboratively with others to deliver business outcomes.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Results driven, with 'can do' attitude.
