Actuarial Pricing Analyst, Trading Solutions

Our life insurance client is seeking an actuarial analyst with strong skills in Python to join their team in a data-driven role focused on pricing.
About the role

• Use market data to drive critical insights that feed into pricing processes.
• Work with databases to drive actuarial modelling and visualisations required for commercial decision making.
• Use data visualisations to enable the broader business to see the commercial landscape and identify opportunities.
• Help deliver new pricing enhancements to the market.
• Establish methods and tools to best manage the current in-force book

About you

• Minimum of 1-2 years of industry experience in a relevant actuarial/data analytics role.
• A degree in actuarial, computer science, data science or mathematics.
• Strong proficiency in Python required with experience in C#, R, and SQL highly regarded.
• Exceptional numerical skills and interested in solving complex business problems.
