This commercially crucial role is responsible for the pricing and analytics of Stryker's servicing contracts with our customers. You will strategically partner with our sales teams to identify growth opportunities and own the tenders, pricing and billing of our Procare service offering.We can consider candidates for this role based in Brisbane or Sydney.Responsibilities
- Owning and driving ANZ & East Asia process for service contract renewals and warranty expirations, billing, pricing, quoting, and generating contract revenue.
- Build and present on strategies for the growth of servicing in the region.
- Setting up systems and procedures to improve outcomes with our third-party service providers across the ANZ & East Asia region.
- Design and manage our billing and pricing strategy for large tenders
- Managing all renewals, opportunities & strategies for service contracts together with divisional sales teams
- Educate Sales Representatives and team members on service contract pricing, strategies, and value proposition
- Partner directly with customers and our sales teams to get feedback and improve our Procare service offering
- Tertiary qualifications are preferred with information systems, finance, accounting, logistics/inventory management or engineering.
- Over 1 year experience in contracts management or business analytics
- Commercial acumen, presentation skills and a focus on driving business growth
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
- Business process improvement capability and ability to contribute to and implement systematic improvements
- Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to analyse/interpret data and provide insight to other departments
