SalaryAt Pay.com.au, based in Elsternwick, VIC, requires an experienced and skilled Actuary Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time position.
Role Responsibilities:
Analysis:
•Conduct in-depth business and actuarial analysis on the performance of each of the individual divisions of the business.
•Provide risk, reward, and strategy analytics for purchasing, pricing, and operational management.
•Setting up business case models to evaluate the validity of business investments and projects.
•Assist in data management for model development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
•Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicator Metrics for the business and the employees.
Forecasting:
•Support the forecasting of net returns for financial reporting and performance evaluation.
•Develop reward points monitoring tools for performance analysis and risk profile evaluation.
•Assist in forecasting changes in business risk, productivity, and profit margins.
Strategy:
•Develop and support treatment strategy campaign initiatives.
•Optimize activity and identify outbound contact strategies based on quantitative analytics.
•Conduct ad hoc modelling of campaign results for continuous improvement.
Role Requirement:
•Degree qualified in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or Actuarial studies.
•2-6 years of actuarial/analytics skills gained from Payment Risk Evaluation, Fraud, Banking or Consulting environment.
•Strong analytical and technical proficiency in Excel and/or Tableau.
Salary - $90,000 PA + Super
