The Australia Dental Association Dental Health Foundation (ADA DHF) seeks to improve the Dental Health of Australians who cannot easily access or afford dental care. The ADA DHF is a national charitable organisation that facilitates the provision of dental treatment to those in need regardless of their financial, geographical or social situation.
The role is based in St Leonards, and works collaboratively with the ADA team in the national office.
Key responsibilities
The ADA DHF is looking to hire a full time ADA DHF National Manager to:
- Manage and provide national coordination over the ADA DHF volunteer dental programs
- Manage, guide and support ADA DHF State Coordinators
- Lead ongoing improvement of operational processes and procedures
- Refresh and update content on the ADA DHF’s website and social media channels, and the ADA News Bulletin relating to ADA DHF
- Organise design and supply of marketing material and merchandise
- Attend Dental Industry events when required.
- Facilitate the onboarding of national Sponsors and Supporters of the ADA DHF
- Attendance and reporting to ADA DHF Board meetings (quarterly), including a Quarterly Report on the volunteer programs
- Manage the ADA DHF Grants

- Problem solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of tools
