Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phones and manage reception duties.
- Assist with general admin tasks.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft software, internet browsers, cloud applications).
- Strong communication and phone etiquette.
- Effective time management.
- Proficient in record-keeping and email usage.
- Monday to Friday, full-time position.
