The South Australian Potato Company is a national grower, washer, packer & marketer of premium fresh potatoes. An Admin Officer position has now become available to work within our Head Office team in Mt Barker.
We require a 'hands on' individual with the skills, experience and savvy to be the back bone of our day-to-day operations. You will need to be able to work independently, communicate with other team members and be super organized in order to maximize efficiencies and profitability. This position is for a motivated individual with a track record in office administration and the ability to work under pressure and prioritize business processes.
This role will include (but not limit) the following duties:
- management of CHEP/Loscam equipment accounts;
- order invoicing and freight documentation;
- high volume data entry;
- MYOB Data entry;
- assisting Sales team; and
- maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
It is desirable that applicants have:
- experience with Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Word and Excel;
- proven experience managing work flow of a busy office; and
- above average interpersonal and communication skills.
