Joining a dynamic and diverse business, you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing the performance of a Canberra-based contact centre, contributing significantly to its success and growth.
As a Team Leader, you will report directly to an Operations Manager interstate. You will be the senior lead of the Canberra business. This hands-on role where you will manage the performance of 15 customer service employees, developing a high-performing team, conduct auditing and and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Proven experience in providing strong leadership within a Contact Centre is highly regarded for this position. with transferable skills considered.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Customer Service employees through training, development, and ongoing support.
- Manage performance and results, ensuring daily operations align with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for business growth and diversity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on training and development, workload planning, and recruitment.
- Uphold standards of compliance with health, safety policies, and overall business standards.
- Managing inbound and outbound communications.
- Building strong relationships across business units and functions that contribute to/influence the team activities and outcomes.
- Competitive remuneration package of $80,000-$95,000
- This is a permanent and ongoing leadership position.
